Prayed with Simon the salvation prayer and for the filling of the Holy Spirit

Simon was so hungry for God that he came up directly to me to ask me

to pray with him to receive Jesus as his personal savior and redeemer.

It was good to see his hunger for God and it is a sign to me that God is going to

fulfill his promise to me that I would pray for the people of India and that they would receive His death and resurrection as their own and they would surrender themselves to His will and purpose for their life. Praise God!

I prayed for a woman with “dim vision” who was given 100% clear vision. The Lord told me to put my thumbs over her eyes and pray. In a couple of minutes, I asked her how she felt, a little better, much better or completely healed. She was better, so we prayed again…this time, her vision was 100% and the cloudiness was totally gone! I could see a difference – like a film had been removed! Praise God!!

A grandmother (Raichelle), mother (Asha) and three children came for prayer healing. The middle child, a girl had not been able to eat or drink for many days. She had a fever and her lips were now swollen and she could barely open her mouth. Mother said the child’s stomach was also hurting. We prayed. I prayed for healing of this child and for wisdom for the Mother to help the child. The family also asked that I pray over a bottle of water they brought. After the prayer I asked the mother to check her in the morning and bring the child back to the next meeting.

The next night a little girl stood before me for prayer. She looked familiar but different. It was the same family. The little girl was smiling and she said she did not hurt any longer. Her lips had stopped looking chapped and swollen. The family requested that I pray again for her studies to improve at school. Each member asked for prayer even after we leave. Praise the Lord!

The first night I had a man and wife approach me. The wife told me “he has much back pain” So I placed my hand on his back and before I even started to pray I felt a lump in his back shrink in about 2 seconds. After praying he said the pain was gone. The second night I prayed for a little boy who had a fever. As I prayed for him he began shaking and his eyes rolled back. When I finished praying he opened his eyes – they were so wide open it was as if he had opened them for the first time and he was so happy. Also, I prayed over a young man who said he was dizzy and sometimes everything around him would seem as though it was spinning. So I prayed and nothing happened. I found out he was not a Christian but would like to become one. I led him to Christ, we prayed again and the headache went away and his world stopped spinning. YEAH GOD!

A man asked for prayer for his right leg – just above the knee cap. I wasn’t sure how to pray because there was no interpreter, so I prayed for his knee/leg. He gave no indication that he felt anything, but I was able to get an interpreter to speak to him after he received prayer. He said, “Oh yes, it’s all better”. Apparently he had dropped some sort of lathe or tool on his leg which had severed the tendon above the knee. It had healed but he didn’t have much mobility – very stiff with pain.

A Muslim teenage boy (approximately 15-17 years) became a follower of Jesus! Contact information given to Pastor. The story - he asked for prayer to sleep well because of current trouble. After questioning he is afraid of things at night (possibly seeing things?) He was informed that he could not really be helped (on a long term basis) unless the Holy Spirit was living in him. The gospel was briefly explained to him and he prayed to become a Christian. We prayed, took authority over fear and asked the Lord to give him good sleep. He was encouraged to pray daily, read the Bible daily and go to church. The pastor was informed that he needs a Bible.

Another late teen Muslim boy with a very similar problem. He did not want to become a Christian. He received prayer for God to bless him. A 20-something man requested prayer for his stomach pain and bowel troubles. No improvement after prayer. Questioning revealed he worries and he’s a Christian. He repented, asked forgiveness and asked the Lord for help to trust Him. We prayed again and he said he was healed by Jesus.

A (20-something?) man requested prayer for his stomach (pain) and bowel (movement) troubles. There was no improvement after praying initially. Questioning revealed that he is a Christian but he had been worrying. He repented, asked the Lord for forgiveness, and asked God for help to trust Him. We prayed again and he said that Jesus healed him.

On Sunday when the time came for prayer for the sick a really large number of people came through the barricade. I was so mobbed that I never made it down to the barricade where we were to be praying for the sick. I was surrounded on all sides by 4 to 5 rows of people. They were pulling on my clothes. Everyone wanted prayer. Since at this point I had no interpreter I relied on the Holy Spirit as to how to pray. Eventually I did get an interpreter but it was later in the evening. At that point I prayed for a man who had a badly misaligned jaw. God realigned it before my eyes. He also had a severe cough/lung infection for the past 9 years. God healed that too.

I prayed for a young man’s broken heart due to “girl problems”. He said he hasn’t been able to sleep or eat because of it. The translator, another young man said many young men suffer from this (girl problem) and asked me what to do. I shared with them that God has the perfect wife picked out for them and encouraged them to wait for her and that God would reveal her to them. I also warned them not to fill their minds with pictures of other women. I prayed that they would receive rest and nourishment from God and that they would receive their appetite back. I reassured them to keep pressing on with their relationship with God. They were all Christians. I believe 3 young men got healed of their broken hearts.

I prayed for a woman who had a lack of clarity in both of her eyes and both knees had pain in them. Her right eye cleared up and was healed. I prayed for both knees and her right knee was healed. She said that she felt a difference in her left knee but not 100%.

A family came for healing. The mother had pain in her right arm and had difficulty moving it. God healed her of the pain and she could move her arm freely. The child, a son, had had pain in all of his joints all of his life. As I prayed, he suddenly smiled and said all pain was gone. The father had low back pain and after prayer, God healed him and he could touch his toes freely without pain.

Tumor gone down – a girl showed tumors on neck 3 places, 2 small lumps at collar bone, 2 larger lumps higher up in a row. Tumors went down as I prayed.

A woman began manifesting demonic spirits and fell over the protective railing. I prayed for her during the meeting specifically because I noticed her little baby kept crying but she was so riveted on Randy’s service on freedom that she did not notice her child. An older man was holding the crying baby as team members ministered to the parents – who were set free of demonic bondage. The man handed the baby to me and it kept crying. As the mother began to be free the baby stopped and just looked at me for awhile as I prayed off any generational curses. The child was totally at peace and the whole family set free! The team members then prayed with the woman’s father to be set free as well – 3 generations….to begin a new legacy!

A young man came up wanting to be healed of a pain that affects his side. We prayed and then via the interpreter discovered that he had not yet surrendered his life to the Lord. A local pastor led him in a prayer to receive Christ and the young man said he was very happy to receive Jesus.

Older woman appearing to have a dislocated shoulder. She was very thin and in a lot of pain. We prayed and she began to move her arm up. She then pointed to one specific spot where it still hurt. I prayed again and asked the Holy Spirit to come and pour his love into her. She began to pump her arm up and down quickly, thanked me and left. It’s funny – there is generally not a lot of emotion in these people unlike American people. But God is still God!

A woman about 35 years old who had three children said she had to have 3 Caesarean sections and that each birth brought forth great back and neck pain and that this pain remained after the last birth. I asked if she was a Christian and she said yes. I began to pray for her healing, identifying it as a trespass against her for bringing forth Godly offspring. I broke off this illegal attachment in Jesus name. I asked if she felt anything and her husband who spoke excellent English translated for me. She said it was better so I asked if it was 100 per cent better and she said no, her neck pain was gone but her back pain remained. I asked if I could pray again and she said yes. I again prayed and called out that God was a God of completion and that pain did not get to stay. After about 2 minutes I asked how it was. She said the pain was all gone. Her husband and son were so blessed and praised God along with this woman. Yeah God!

This evening a young man came to me asking if I remembered him from the previous night. I had prayed for his right ear and it had immediately popped. All of the pressure and pain went away. I assured him I would remember always, though I had forgotten his name. He then translated his name into English – Samson! I prayed more for him and his friend Peter who had back pain. As we talked I began to speak to him about how our righteousness is a gift and that is the only righteousness we should ever measure. I spoke to him about his full calling to minister as Christ. It was awesome how the Spirit of the Lord graced all of us to deeply understand one another. Samson spoke of how he knew he was going to travel perhaps to the US someday to minister the gospel. So many of his friends think that is too much to think of doing but he said that with God it is possible. As Renee and I prayed for him he had a powerful touch on his body as he began to shake. What a miracle that the Spirit of the Lord can cause us to fellowship like great friends. We really are jointly members of Christ and members of one another

A woman pointed to her stomach. I began to pray but nothing happened. At that point there was no interpreter available so I asked the Lord what to do. He said “look at her” I realized I had seen her in a word of knowledge picture, with the understanding that this woman had Crohns disease/gall bladder problems and had it for many years. She also had a great weight on her which I had seen as a demon. An interpreter became available and was able to confirm (though Crohns was difficult) As soon as I prayed with the revelation and prayed for healing to the gall bladder, she was instantly healed.

Another was a young woman with back pain. Though I have seen about a dozen people with back problems just before her healed she wasn’t, though seemed a single muscle pull. I asked the Lord what to do and he said “Destiny first” When I finally got an interpreter I got her background etc. and confirmed it was a muscle strain that had just happened that day. I asked her what book she loved in the Bible, at the Holy Spirit’s prompting, and she said Proverbs. I felt that the Lord wanted to impart wisdom to her and affirm her as a Proverbs 31 woman who would lead others in grace, wisdom, etc. and change lives by speaking wisdom and intimate relationships with the Lord into others. Immediately her back healed.

A middle aged woman developed a tumor on the right side of the front of her neck 2 years ago. Her doctor wanted her to have surgery on it. She went to her pastor and got prayer and it shrunk in half, one year after it originally appeared. She comes now to get more prayer. At this time, the tumor is a little bit bigger than a half dollar size. With prayer God shrunk the tumor within seconds, down to about a dime size. The tumor wouldn’t go down any further. She came to the next evenings crusade and received more prayer and God shrunk the tumor until it was gone. Again this happened within a few seconds. Also that night Randy gave a word of knowledge about a tumor on the right side of the neck.

An older brother brought his little sister to me. She was about 3 to 4 years old. He told me that she had never been able to speak. My translator and I prayed for her. After praying for awhile I asked her to speak and a very faint noise came out of her voice. We continued to pray some more. Elizabeth, my translator, then asked her to say “Yesu”. A faint “Yesu” came out, then a little stronger “Yesu” came out. By the third time she spoke “Yesu” it was clear and audible. Praise God!

I prayed for a young man who said he had “FRITZ” disease. I do not know what is is but he had been dealing with it for 10 years. I broke the afflicting spirit and clapped over his head once. He immediately went down under the power of the Holy Spirit, but would have been trampled if we put him on the ground. So two men lifted him up over the guard rail and took him somewhere safer. His sister was with him and had a tumor on the left side of her neck. It disappeared! She too was under te power and had to be carried away to safety.

A man had a tumor on the right side of his neck that became smaller when we prayed. There were SO many people, I didn’t get time to ask how long it had been there.

I prayed for a grandmother who had a tumor on her abdomen the size of a watermelon. I cursed the root of it, asked the Lord to cut off the blood supply and prayed. After about 5 minutes it had shrunk to 2/3 size. In 10 more minutes it was about 1/3 the size and then stopped. I prayed that it would continue to shrink and fall off. It felt like a water balloon at it’s fullness – hard and soft at the same time. He felt much better and was very happy!

About 20 people had their right shoulders healed. There were too many to ask the cause but all were healed. All of the shoulders I prayed for! Many who had shoulder problems also had knee troubles.

I received a word of knowledge, left ear blocked or hearing loss. When praying many people with this condition or with both ears blocked and/or deaf, came up for prayer. With many healed (over 5-6) confirmed through translators said they could all hear afterward. I received another word of knowledge, pain in the back/right kidney area. Many women came for prayer with this condition (5-6) a and two had pain renewed after prayer. A mother brought her daughter (about 7-8 years old) saying her brain wasn’t good. Apparently it was a physical/mental condition. Her eyes were darting, rolling back and slightly spastic. She also had a withered left hand. While praying and looking into her eyes I saw improvement in her focus (eyes stayed focused and alert ) and happy countenance came through. Also when praying for her hand, muscles started to relax about 30% improvement. Tickling seemed to help in the palm of her hand, then payer to retain her attention and relax her hand.

Two blind women came together. I placed my thumbs over their eyes and asked the Holy Spirit to come. Boy did He!! Each eye was almost instantly healed. WE jumped up and down and gave the Lord praise. Woman with the watermelon sized tumor returned. It continues to shrink!!

This was the fourth night of the meetings in Bidar. I made my way from the intercession area down to the crowd barrier to begin praying for the sick during the ministry time. Before I could get to the barrier a group of people began to press in around me from behind. A woman tugged on my arm and asked for prayer for her father. He was a very old man dressed in typical Indian garb complete with a turban on his head. Through the interpreter I found out that this man was totally blind for the past two years. I looked straight into his eyes and it was obvious that he could not see. I began praying and after a few minutes waved my hand before his face. The interpreter told me he could see something moving past his eyes. I prayed again and soon the man said he could see my fingers. I continued praying along with the interpreter and the man’s daughter. Each time he could see better than before. Finally we began testing his vision by holding up fingers and asking him to count them. We did this four or five times an each time he correctly told us how many fingers he could see. “It’s a miracle!” the interpreter kept saying, over and over! Praise God!

Today's (Tuesday) afternoon meeting in Bidar was outstanding. The place was so packed there were people standing everywhere. I had to crawl through the crowd to get to people to pray for them. I found a young man to interpret for me. He took me to his friend's grandfather. This old man was leaning on a crutch and his arm was crippled. We prayed and after some time he began waving his arm around. Then I asked about his leg and began to pray for that. Before long he was bouncing up and down without the crutch. The lame men are walking! Later I prayed for a young boy with his left foot and ankle wrapped up and in pain. They told me he needed surgery. (I suspect they could not afford that.) So I prayed and the boy said all the pain left his foot and ankle. There were about 6 others I prayed for this afternoon that received healing from the Lord.

I prayed for a man who was lame. He had been carried into the meeting by a friend. He not only was lame due to his legs being very weak and his feet hurting severely from the skin burning, but this burning painful sensation was from top to toe. The worst burning sensation was in his feet. I prayed and he began to feel less pain. I continued praying and he continued getting better until the pain was only in his legs. More prayer. Now the pain was only in the feet. More prayer. The pain was only in one foot. More prayer. The pain was only in the toes. More prayer. The pain was only in one toe. More prayer. The pain was less. I had him walk probably 100 yards over several minutes. All the pain was gone but he was exhausted, having not walked in a very long time. He was carried into the meeting, but walked out of the meeting. Praise Jesus in whose name the man was healed.

I prayed for a girl about 8-10 years old, deaf from birth. I prayed for at least 10 minutes for her. I would command the ears to open and snap my fingers by her ears. Nothing was happening at first. I them would put my finger tips in her ears pray for 10-60 seconds remove them and snap my fingers. I rotated between these two things for several times. Then suddenly she could hear. Her father confirmed she couldn’t hear from birth, but now she was hearing. I had her learn how to say Je-sus. She was very happy and full of joy with a huge grin on her face. Praying in this same way I saw a young woman in her 20’s born deaf the day before receive her hearing in both ears. The same night the little girl was healed of deafness so was another teenage girl. Again I prayed the same way but it took longer. Praise Jesus, in His name this healing was done.

Tonight I had a word of knowledge that someone suffering from seizures was going to be healed. After Pastor Bob called the blind and deaf to the platform for prayer an older woman wandered up to me on the sidelines. The interpreter said she was troubled with seizures. I called one of the women over and we prayed for her right there even though it wasn't ministry time yet. Later in the night I had 3 more people out of this large crowd come to me for prayer for seizures! I believe God touched and healed all four of these people. I don't ever recall having anyone come to me for prayer for seizures in India or in my previous Brazil trip. Tonight I get a word of knowledge and four people show up.

Renee and I began to pray for a woman for relief of leg and stomach pain. As we prayed she immediately began to growl and grimace. We commanded the demon to be quiet and looked for an interpreter to help. At this point, several interpreters came over, one by one as well as several family members. You can imagine the manifestation of confusion. It was like everyone trying to talk at once. Everyone kept repeating the same information we already had. In between interpreters we would not be praying but we kept encouraging the woman that we wanted to help her and we loved her. Finally an interpreter came over who could understand us better. We asked the Christian woman to consider if their might be someone for her to forgive. She resisted the idea for while but we added that she may need to forgive herself also. Then she just got to that place where she really wanted to be free and she began to pray and asked forgiveness. The demons just fled as she pressed through the prayers. Praise the Lord! She is now free!

After the evening meeting ministry time—after many people being healed, I “heard” that I should call my mother in Los Angeles. When I did, I mentioned what had been happening over the past 10 days—how that when I had prayed with so many blind or deaf, or mute people, Jesus had healed them. My mom had been diagnosed with macular degeneration with significant progressive loss of sight. I asked her to take off her glasses, put her hand on her eyes and I’d pray. After a couple minutes I asked her if anything was happening—she said the area around her eyes was getting very warm and perspiring. I asked her to check to see how her sight was—and she said—she could see clearly—very sharply. The really neat part was that she not only had been healed, but it was obvious she had experienced the Lord’s presence very strongly—starting to cry.

Bob called the terminally ill forward and many came forward. One of them was a 68 year old woman who had stomach cancer. The entire stomach area had a mass of tumors. David and I began to pray for her. Leonor another team member came over and prayed with us. Then a couple of other team members also joined us. We saturated her with prayer. When Bob called the ministry team forward to pray Rodney asked David and I to stay and continue to pray for this woman. We knew she was loved as her four daughters and son stayed with us as we prayed. The woman then surprised me and took my hand and put it down her pants to make direct contact with her skin. I have to admit I initially wanted to resist but felt God’s presence and knew it was His will. We continued to pray for her. We then got our first breakthrough, the pain was gone. We talked to her through our interpreter and found that she was blaming God for her cancer. We explained that god did not give cancer that sickness came from the devil. She repented and asked for forgiveness. The next breakthrough happened. The mass of cancerous tumors began to soften. We then got the call that the bus was leaving. We prayed a couple more minutes and told her to continue to soak in His love and healing. At this time she was 25% better. On 2/4/2007 when Rodney called for people to come and share a testimony this 68 year old woman cam forward and testified that she had received the balance of her healing. The entire mass was gone, the pain was all gone and she was feeling really good. God really does use little ole me’s to heal the sick. I have to say that this woman was full of faith from the beginning and God blessed her. Praise God!

On the last night in Bidar I prayed for a lot of deliverances. This one deliverance stood out to me though. She kept on making these strong demonic burps. We broke off generational curses. Curses, witch craft and the manifestation still continued. Just as we were about to give up she exhaled a sigh. She opened her eyes, her countenance changed and she got set free by the mighty power of Jesus. Darkness disappeared and her face was full of light.

Larry and I prayed for a boy with a withered hand. The whole arm was taught and we prayed and commanded muscles to relax and fingers to open. We saw progress “inch by inch”. Just before we had to leave he could, with difficult open his hand completely. I later learned that he had been completely healed.

Tonight I prayed for at least a dozen people and most indicated they were healed. Three are notable. The first was a nearly blind woman. She was very old and could hardly see. She fully regained her sight. Second was a woman with tumors in her right arm causing her great pain in her arm. They were caused by a disease a number of months ago. As I prayed the tumors shrank (they did not totally disappear) but the stress on the muscles in hear arm caused by the tumors was totally gone. She left the meeting pain free. (I actually kept her near as I continued praying for others. Kept one hand on her arm and prayed for others with my right hand.) The third notable healing was a man who injured his knee badly in an auto accident. He could not flex or bend his left knee at all. He showed me his knee and it looked pretty bad. I prayed for him and soon he was flexing his left leg, kicking it up behind him. He left the meeting healed.

There was an older lady who was experiencing pain in her right knee. After praying the first time, she was asked to check her knee. She moved her knee and she cried and almost screamed in pain so we prayed again. After praying the second time, she could move her knee somewhat and with less pain. We then prayed a third time. She was able to significantly move her knee without major pain (although it may not have been completely healed; it was not entirely clear via the translator).

The first night in Bidar I prayed for a young woman. Slowly she seemed to be receiving from the Holy Spirit and suddenly she began shaking and crumpled to the ground crying “my eyes, the light, the light…” After awhile we got her to talk somewhat, but all she could say was “the light, the light”. She was “blasted” and was having a continuing awesome experience with the Lord.

A woman came for prayer and she said she has cancer in her throat and neck. She went to the doctor 3 months prior to this meeting. He told her she was going to die. She had 3 cancer tumors in her neck. One tumor was on the right side, left side and in the middle. They all were between a quarter and to a half dollar in size. After praying for them, God took the tumor on the right side away. After more prayer the center and the left tumor shrank to a pea size. They stayed that pea size and wouldn’t go away. We were called to the bus. So I had to leave the lady. I told her God would continue to heal her over the next 1-2 days, and to continue to have faith in Him

During local church service when praying with local congregation, an elderly man with Parkinson’s symptoms, tremors on left side in hands and eyes. After a few minutes into prayer his left side tremors stopped completely with several more minutes of prayer his right said tremors were gone.

During evening ministry time a young woman in her 20s came up with a friend who spoke English well. She was saying the woman had typhoid fever. When I started to pray, she was running quite a fever. After 1-2 minutes of prayer her fever broke. Then when asked how she was, through her friend, she said she felt fine, cramps and high fever were gone. Then the friend who had interpreted for her mentioned that she had a tumor in her throat. After a few minutes of prayer she mentioned she could swallow fine, and the tumor was gone.

A young boy at the Baptist Church came up for prayer. He was about 10 or 11 years of age. He told me he had knee problems that has been there for many months. I began to pray over him healing and then began to ask God to touch him in a deeper way. I asked for his ears to be open to hearing God’s voice, eyes to see in the spiritual realm. While I was praying I felt his body start to shift and he was fully receiving what God was pouring in. When I finished praying I asked how his knee was. He checked it and realized it was completely healed. He was so surprised and so were all his friends around him. They all then wanted me to pray for them. What fun! Thank you Lord Jesus.

The last night in Bidar a number of women manifesting “troubling spirits” were brought forward for prayer/deliverance. Our team ministered to four women that were set free from witchcraft and occult spirits. Several families were also set free as one child and then another was prayed for and set free. One young mother said she felt “strange” when I prayed for her child next to her and asked for prayer. After prayer, she had a big smile as she also received deliverance.

I prayed for a young man who my translator described as a “drunk” (alcoholic). He complained of severe stomach pains. God really touched him. He fell to the ground and you could see the power of God touch him and begin to bring healing/deliverance into his life.

Pastor Bob gave a word of knowledge from the platform that there was a woman who had cancer in her right breast. She came up on the platform as we started to pray for her. I started to feel “pins and needles” in my breast. It was a confirmation to me that God was going to heal her. After some prayer she felt for the lump and it had disappeared and the burning sensation in her breast had gone away to! She was completely healed – Praise God!

On the last night in Kurnool I prayed for a woman that was born deaf in her right ear and was not able to speak clearly. I started to pray for her and nothing seemed to be happening. I said “Lord, you said the deaf would hear, not me, so I am totally relying on you.” She was healed – it was a miracle! My interpreter and I continued to pray for her speech and she soon began to speak clearly. This was the first time a deaf ear opened when I prayed. I believe that this is only the beginning. Thank you Lord!

The first afternoon in Kurnool I gave what I thought was a word of knowledge concerning a growth or sore on the lip and cheek. I didn’t see anyone stand. However, later in the meeting a teenager came up to me, stuck his finger into his cheek and showed me a large sore in the inside of his lip. The whole left side of his face was quite swollen and I’m sure it was very painful. As I was praying he made motions that he was feeling better and said “no pain, no pain!” I could see the swelling in his face actually go down! He followed me around during the rest of our stay and said “my friend”. I would smile and say “Jesus is your best friend”.

I prayed for a young boy around 10 years old who complained of pain in his stomach, shoulder and heart. I prayed for him over and over and nothing seemed to be happening. I finally broke the power of any witchcraft over his life and commanded any spirit of infirmity to go. “Suddenly” his face changed and he said “pain all gone”! Those types of “body pains” were very common in the young, as well as the old. From then on ten to 20 people a night were healed by casting out spirits of infirmity that were tormenting God’s people. Jesus, thank you for the victory!

Pastor Bob called for all who were deaf or blind to come up on the platform for prayer. He was believing God to demonstrate his love and power to all who were at the crusade. Several of us began praying for a young woman who had become deaf due to chronic ear infections. As we prayed she began to cry. We couldn’t tell if she was getting emotional due to her condition or if she was responding to God’s presence. However, after only a short time she indicated that she was regaining her hearing and before long was rejoicing that she could hear! It gets even better. We asked her if she was a Christian and she said “no” and Pastor Bob and his interpreter led both her and her sister to the Lord. It was such an awesome example of power evangelism bringing two people into the Kingdom of God!

One of the choir girls came to me for prayer. John and I prayed blessing on her, she got blasted with the Holy Spirit. She couldn’t speak about what she saw. It was like a third heaven experience. Then she finally said she saw light and fire and she was being called by God. Holy Spirit was all over her. God’s glory was on her. She was highly blessed. Thank you Jesus.
