What do we do?
Our purpose is to get the message in a professional format to as many hands as possible on-demand using multiple avenues. Global Media provides DVD’s, CD’s, web streaming and on-demand viewing for National and International Conferences, Conventions, etc to Christian and Secular Organizations.
We are able to provide a turn-key solution including staging, lighting, sound and video production!
How do we do it?
We offer but are not constraint to packages that the venue can choose from to fit their needs. Our desire is to offer this as a service to you and dont take your "creative content" for sale after the event is over. All of services will be customized to meet your specific needs.
1st Package – Premium
Service Summary: Global Media’s 6 or 7 person crew and equipment includes: 3 to 4 camera ops, director, media assistant and duplication assistant with full editing suite. Web casting and on-demand services can be provided if desired as an added service. Graphic design of CD, DVD labels, covers and menu system would be extra at a $65/hr, if needed with source elements provided.
Details: Global Media will provide 3 or 4 digital SD/HD 3 chip cameras for video recording, video feed for projector, on site duplicating of DVD’s/CD’s.
Includes:
- full production suite with 3 or 4-camera set up to capture and mix on the fly and produce master CD’s and DVD’s for duplication.
- media for the masters and simple session intros and outros for the sessions.
- Typically each CD will contain 1 session. Each DVD will contain 2 sessions at 55 minutes each.
- 1 external HDD will be given to the Venue at no cost, containing the source files and Final Cut Pro document for later use, as well as a CD/DVD set.
- Global Media will provide media averages suggested for product, depending on the event size. If venue requires something else, it will make prior arrangements with Global Media.
- Live and on-demand web casting is available if desired by the venue at an additional cost.
- The Venue will provide power, setup assistance, prime selling space, parking, recording and selling rights, adequate 8' tables, hospitality, quality audio feed and lighting (at no cost to Global Media).
- Venue will hold copyright and grant Global Media non-exclusive rights to duplicate and sell media (during the event). Special prices can be determined for conference sets.
- Venue will grant these recording and selling rights to Global Media on recorded content at each major session.
- Venue will announce the availability of recorded media encouraging attendants to use the conference media to spread the message and spirit of the conference.
- Venue agrees to buy (at reduced price) any un-sold stock at the end of the event to sell at their own discretion.
Cost to Venue: transportation (ground or airfare if applicable), food and hotel accommodations and *Service Fee. (call to request quote)
2nd Package – Core
Service Summary: 3 person crew includes director, media assistant and duplication assistant (venue provides 3 camera operators and 1 assistant). Web casting and on-demand services can be provided if desired as an added service. Graphic design of CD, DVD labels, covers and menu system would be an additional hourly cost if needed, with source elements provided by the Venue.
