Web Cast Set Up and Troubleshooting
The system requirements to view the streams are as follows:
1 GHz processor
512 Mb of ram
Broadband Class Internet Connection (at least 600kbps down)
Flash 9 or higher
You can check the 1 GHz processor and 512 Mb of ram by :
(PC) right clicking on the “My Computer” Icon and going to the properties.
(Mac) Click the apple and go to about this Mac.
To check if you have the flash Plugin click Here: Flash Player (Flash 9 or higher is Required)
End User Troubleshooting
Step 1: Self-Troubleshooting
a. Reboot the following
b. Kill all start up applications running on your computer
c. If you are using wireless please disconnect and connect directly via Ethernet.
Step 2: Collect information to be sent to support@globalawakening.com
- Length of time experiencing issue
- Steps taken without result (see above)
- complete URL you are taking (entire URL path)
Step 3: email support@globalawakening.com with the above specified information.
We will then analyse your case and inform you of next steps towards resolution.
