Compassion in Action

It is always an honor to report incredible opportunities the Lord has given us in the nations. God opened wonderful opportunities to minister to the needs of the people of Honduras through a construction project, medical, dental, prayer ministry, and healing services. One of the unique aspects of this trip was the partnership with Life Givers International, Operation Blessing, and local hospitals. Because of these partnerships we were able to assist with long term community projects. During the 5 days of medical brigades, the team was able to care for over 1,763 patients in 4 different locations. The patients not only receive medical and dental treatment, but many also received prayer and healing for both physical and emotional needs. It was a great blessing for many who came to receive medical treatment and healing from their present ailments.

KGF, Bangalore, & Krishnagiri, India

It has been an incredible journey of seeing the Lord move upon the nation of India in power to bring healing, restoration, and transformation. We saw many deeply impacted during the KGF village ministry, the Bangalore pastor’s conferences, and the Krishnagire crusade with continued reports of the impact of salvations, and impartation. These events have created an epicenter of spiritual activity.

Thailand & Cambodia

This has been an amazing beginning for 2010! Already we have seen powerful impartations and hundreds of healings, with the numbers increase with each trip we take! We had many great times of ministry while in Thailand and Cambodia, where the people were in great expectation for God to move in power. This, in combination with our team of 40 people, was explosive, and God used the team powerfully for healing. One woman, for instance, could not write and let anyone touch her shoulder because of a 20 year old injury that had resulted in 3 screws and a plate or bar being placed in her shoulder.  The pain was so bad that she could not even write her own name. After prayer she was able to write her name, and hit her own shoulder with her hand, and experience no pain.

Mozambique

Learn to Love

Excitement. Uncertainty. Eagerness. Joy. Fear. Experiencing a tumultuous mixture of emotions, the 47 members of the Global Awakening team arrived in Pemba, Mozambique on Saturday, May 29th, 2010. Stepping off the plane and into a new and unknown world, we quickly made it through Customs, were loaded onto two camions, and headed to our new abode. Exhausted and eager to reach our beds, the men and women split up for the night, heading for separate bunkhouses at the Visitor’s Center. After a brief orientation by Iris Hospitality staff, the team was off to bed.
