God moved mightily among and through the 210 students and leaders participating in Global Awakening’s Youth Power Invasion in Curitiba, Brazil, June 30-July 14, 2010. 

Team members received training from Randy Clark, Tom Jones, Will Hart and Jamie Galloway on healing, prophecy and pressing in for more. Together they joined the Brazilian worship band New Generation led by Pastor Gustavo Paiva in anointed worship.

As the GSSM students began their journey to Brazil, they were full of excitement to travel with Randy for the first time. They had heard about these life changing trips and now they were going to experience it for themselves first hand. Thirty-two students and nineteen other team members joined Randy and the Global Advisory Group to minister to thousands of people throughout Sao Paulo.

As our plane touched down in Brazil, we were filled with excitement and anticipation to see what God would have in store for us on this ministry trip. We quickly were assembled together for a bus ride that would take us to our first stop on this glorious journey, a church in the city of Araçatuba.

“When we walked into the church,” says team member Dan Sommers, “I couldn’t understand the words, I didn’t know what they were saying, but the presence of God was so strong that it was all I could do to stand up. Then the healings came. I knew they were going to happen—I was expecting them—but actually seeing them and the faces of the people, weeping, happy and excited, feeling the anointing of God coming over me—it was amazing!”
