Brazil: December 2011

IMT has just returned from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We were there with Randy and a fine team of people from all over the world. Our team came from Sweden, the United Kingdom, The United States & Germany. It is amazing how a group of strangers can become instantly unified around a common goal. The goal, of course, was to bring the Kingdom of God and healing power of Jesus to the people we were privileged to meet each night. It seemed like we are all old friends already on only the second day of the trip. God is good and he showed up in power to heal and restore. God is doing and did incredible things.

He moved both in the people that we were ministering to and in our own lives. We were also in Volta Redonda at a church called Project Life. They received us with tremendous enthusiasm, honor and expectation. The team was amazed at how the Lord used them to do his work. I myself was amazed each night as we debriefed and recounted how many miracles that God did. It seems as though I would be used to it and not be so amazed trip after trip but it is simply not so. Each trip I go on takes me back to my first Global trip with Randy back in 2000. How it changed the life of My family and I. This is the common theme that I see on every single ministry trip that Global takes. The Team members experience something indescribable, life altering while giving their time and money to bless other people.
