The team arrived into the city of Sao Paulo and jumped right in on the first night after a short rest to recuperate from the jetlag. Rex & Lois Burgher gave an awesome message of the Father’s Love and the team was released to minister. The next night Rex built on his Father's Love message and the entire church rushed to the alter to receive hugs from “Daddy God”. It was an intense yet rewarding ministry time. Many team members reported; “All I did was just hug one after another as they wept, experiencing for the first time, the “true” Love of the Father.”. On the following morning the team visited a local day care facility filled with children. These kids received love and prayer that they don’t normally receive. Many of them have broken homes and have never known their fathers.

 On the third and final night Rex presented the Pastor with a gift and personally prayed over him. Rex then gave his testimony and invited the entire church to receive an impartation from him and the team. Once again 500 people crowded the alter.  Impartation began and later ended sometime near midnight. You had to be there….it is difficult to explain.

 

 

 

We packed up the next morning, and were joined with Randy Clark, Jack Taylor & Tom Jones. We traveled just outside of Sao Paulo to Sao Jose Dos Campos. After we checked into our hotel, Randy, Jack & Tom held a special time of impartation for all of the team members before leaving for the first service at MCI Church. Pastor Paulo was leading worship when we arrived and we were ushered into seats that had been reserved for us. This church was very interesting and it was obvious that they had a heart for Israel and the Jewish people. Randy began to speak and would later say that the environment was difficult at first but finally breakthrough came when the congregation began to see God move on people and heal them. Many came to the front to testify about being healing from a Word of Knowledge.

 

The following morning the team visited a local drug and alcohol rehabilitation center run by Christians outside of town. There were approximately 120 participants in the program. These men live on the grounds and seek the Lord for their freedom before they leave. We were amazed at the passion and energy that they put into worship. It was truly humbling to see grown men, weep, laugh and dance before the Lord with all their might. They were equally touched that we would take time out of our schedule to come and minister to them. It was a God connection that changed all of us.

 

That night we returned to MCI Church and Randy decided to preach on impartation. The church responded with enthusiasm during the prayer time and many were touched and commissioned.

 

The next morning Rex led a training and ministry time for leader and pastors of the church. Pastor Paulo was his interpreter and they hit it off great with a natural flow.

 

On the third night, after worship, the church presented gifts to the team, Randy, Jack, & Rex. Randy taught deeper into Words of Knowledge and then prayed for the sick until after Midnight. The church was packed, the response was awesome, and the healings were incredible.

 

 

 

 

The team returned to Sao Paulo to attend and be the ministry team for the Fathers and Sons in the Kingdom Conference. The featured speakers were Randy Clark, Jack Taylor and Joau Staub. Day 1 had an attendance of 1500-2000 people and the day training meetings went very well. The evening meeting got off to a great start as Ed Rocha led the congregation in an intimate time of deep worship. Randy started out the meeting with Words of Knowledge. He and the team had several words for the crowd and the many people stood and received healing. Randy had a specific word for someone injured in a motorcycle or bicycle crash. A young lady near the front in the center of the crowd stood up and immediately began to tremble. You could tell she was being touched by Holy Spirit. She was standing with the aid of two crutches and her foot was wrapped in a bandage from the shin down. 

 

Randy singled her out and asked her what was happening to her in that moment. She told him that she felt tingling and electricity moving up her leg. Randy blessed what the Lord was doing and asked her what had happened to her. The young lady had been involved in a motorcycle crash several years earlier and her foot had never healed from the injuries that she suffered and the surgeries that took place afterwards. She had not been able to put any weight on her left foot for years and the doctors were contemplating amputation if the condition of her foot did not improve. Over the course of several minutes as Holy Spirit moved, the woman asked Randy to help her try and walk on it. She put weight on it, and felt no pain. She took a few short steps, and still felt no pain. Randy held her hands as she walked to the front of the stage and back with no pain. The place erupted with gratitude and applause for Jesus the healer. The following night the woman returned, walked up the steps during worship, and began to dance on the stage. It was incredible and the night began with a very high level of faith in the room. The team ministered healing and impartation until late into the night. It was the perfect ending to great trip!

 

The final tally of our trip was 83 salvations, 10 rededications, 65 called into ministry,  1,767 blasted, 462 emotional healings and deliverances, 940 physical healings (546 when team members prayed and 394 sovereign healings). 17 (or mostly blind) people were healed, 14 deaf received hearing, 5 tumors disappeared, 2 lame walked, and 3 people with metal in their bodies were healed.
