My translator’s girlfriend Deborah said she saw herself as worthless and unlikable. She didn’t know the root so I asked the Spirit to reveal to her when these feelings started.
No sooner had I asked Him than she burst into tears and deep hurts started coming out. It was a floodgate opening. Basically she had been abandoned at the wedding altar and started to believe the lies after that. Through the weeping, we prayed for the Spirit to show her where Jesus was on that day and she saw him right beside her. Through more weeping we prayed for those lies to be broken and then for the truth of her worth to Jesus be restored. She started laughing and smiling and said she just felt a great weight lift off her back. She was set free 100%! – Jeff
