We are a vibrant, fun, professional group of hard workers in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to creating things with excellence while serving the needs of the Global Awakening community. Together, the staff forms the infrastructure which supports many amazing things: conferences, international trips, local, online, and satellite education campuses, media production, product sales, a network of churches, ministries, and missionaries, and more. Founded by Randy Clark, Global Awakening now has a staff of more than 40 people plus interns and volunteers. We have 10 departments made up of directors, assistants, and specialists, with some departments sharing team members. The departments are: National Events, International Ministry Trips, Global School of Supernatural Ministry, Global Certification Programs, Network, Store, Accredited Education, Finance, Human Resources, and Media (includes web, graphics, video, and IT).

Digital Marketing Content Specialist

FULL TIME, EXEMPT POSITION


Needed Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing or closely related field
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Proficient in copywriting - must be detailed in spelling, grammar and optimized structure
  • Well-organized and team-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage many projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding and experience working within a CMS, CRM and HTML editing
  • Basic skill and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (graphic reformatting and audio/video editing)
  • Takes initiative and can own projects from concept to completion without constant supervision
  • Listen to directions and executes well
  • Lives a life consistent with the values, mission and vision of Global Awakening

General Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the overall digital marketing strategy, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Responsible for the creation of marketing content, campaigns, ads, social media content, blogs and other mediums
  • Assist in web maintenance as needed: CMS content updates, video webcasting support and other duties as assigned

Specific Responsibilities

  • Writing content for website, social media, blog posts, ads and other publications
  • Manage daily social media posts and engage with users
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and nurture workflows
  • Creating content for social media
  • Assist in managing activity in CRM
  • Keep track of leads from various channels and assist in their maintenance.
  • Run email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining content of company websites through use of CMS
  • Blogging
  • Repurposing and editing video assets for marketing purposes
  • Optimize and document workflows for weekly promotion calendar

Reports to : Digital Marketing Manager

Relocation Requirements

  • Willing to relocate to Mechanicsburg, PA.
  • Full-Time, in-house position
