A girl’s left wrist was painful. She could feel a “lump of bones”. I too felt it. She said that the bones were moving around. She was unable to raise her hand without pain.
I prayed for a little while. Then I asked her whether she had anyone she needed to forgive since I felt the Holy Spirit leading me to ask her. She said no. I said it would be good to forgive in case there were some she had not forgiven. I led her in a prayer of forgiveness, renouncing the spirit of unforgiveness, resentment, bitterness, anger, etc. I asked her to try lifting her hand. She lifted it up and she had so pain. The wrist became normal. She didn’t feel any “lump of bones” in her wrists.
