After pastoring a small Baptist church in Texas, they served for seven years as missionaries in Kenya, during which time they began to Spirit and a powerful move of God in the church they pastored. They then hunger for real power in ministry. Their hunger led to the baptism in the spent eleven years in England, where they pastored, planted churches, and worked with an apostolic team. In 1991God began to speak to them about the awakening revival that was coming to the earth and that they were to return to the US to be in position to participate in it.
In 1995 Steve and Sally planted Dayspring Worship Center in Springfield, Missouri. Dayspring, now serving as the base for their ministry, is a revival center with a passion to host the presence of God. Healings and miracles have become a normal part of the revival culture they have established, and they live to nurture the awakening in the body of Christ. Their book, Keep the Fire Burning: Creating and Sustaining a Revival Culture in the Local Church, outlines their journey into revival and their heart for a global awakening.
Steve and Sally serve on both the national and international leadership teams of ICLC (International Christian Leadership Connections), a relational network of churches spanning many nations. They also serve as members of ANGA's advisory board and travel extensively stirring revival fires and teaching on the culture that sustains a move of God.
Over the last few years with multiple trips to Brazil, Steve has witnessed a dramatic increase in the miraculous and is committed to seeing healing restored to the gospel message. He now leads teams into many nations, equipping and activating the church to live a naturally supernatural lifestyle as they witness the power of God changing lives.
