As leaders today, we know that our mandate is twofold, and we see in Psalm 78:72, that there is an emphasis on both the heart and the hands – “And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands, he led them.“
Many leaders often experience isolation or a lack of like-minded peers, facing challenges seemingly on their own. This event offers a unique opportunity for leaders to be strengthened in two key ways. Through sessions focused on accountability, purity, and discipleship, leaders will be empowered in their personal journeys. Additionally, practical tools will be provided in essential areas such as conflict resolution, building healthy teams, and leading in times of crisis. These transformative sessions will nurture growth from within while equipping leaders with valuable insights to enhance their organizational structure and foster organic growth.
We are believing to see a generation of Ministry leaders that are freed up, filled up, and full on!

Our spiritual health and integrity play a vital role in the effectiveness of our ministry and in fostering a thriving, vibrant Church or Ministry.
