Another notable experience was praying for a lady with breast cancer. At first, prayer was surface level as she only shared about some people she was angry with recently. Later, it was revealed that she had had an abortion. Later, she shared she had been raped. And then the floodgates opened and God helped her release so many years of pent up anger, unforgiveness etc. I asked her daughter if she cries, and her daughter told me she never cries. Sean, myself, and our translator were all crying as well!
We met a woman in the pre service prayer who had Parkinson’s disease for three years and she was sitting in a wheelchair shaking when we found her. We prayed for around 10 minutes and the shaking started to stop in her hands and legs. She could make a fist after this prayer when she couldn't before and she was able to lift her legs more than before. We got her up and started to get her to walk. She was able to walk better than before as she didn't drag her feet anymore but close to the stage she felt a bit weak. We sat her down and the shaking started a bit again so we stopped and prayed for another 15-20 minutes and in that time I sung over her and worshipped. She moved to the doctors at the front and something shifted and she started jumping up and down! The healing was confirmed by doctors and then she walked off to her original seat while we weren't looking. We found her in the same spot we originally met her, embracing her sister, and we hugged and cried together. It was a really special moment.
Some of the Global team was invited to go into the deliverance room to pray impartation to the deliverance & healing team. A girl was brought into the room by 4 people. She was manifesting and had to be held back because she was hitting herself. It was quite difficult to discern if the manifestation was darkness or light. The girl continued motioning with her hands in the air for a long time and as I prayed for her. I noticed that at times, her hands looked like she was playing a musical instrument, at time caressing her face, making signs (which I deciphered to be Buddhist worship signs), slapping her face, then strangling her own throat. I called
We prayed for a woman with breast cancer. As we prayed I saw bitterness and unforgiveness on her. We asked about this and she said she was depressed for 20 years. We ask for the Holy Spirit to come upon her. After a couple of minutes of praying she went down under the power of the Lord. The Holy Spirit radically worked on her for about 20 minutes while she was on the floor.
When I was registered to join ministry team for the Kingdom Culture Conference, I had some worries and burdens. I was worried about whether God would perform miracles when I pray for healing, but on the other hand, I had deep burdens for so many lost souls, especially in Taiwan since I was born there and understood how strong and dark the spiritual warfare in that area is. I asked brothers and sisters in my church to pray for me and I also kept praying for this trip.
