Experiencing Miracles: Faith Renewed in Brazil

I was on the trip to Brazil this December. What a wonderful experience.

When our district superintendent here in Nova Scotia Canada decided to take a group of pastors to this event, I was interested in it right away. In preparation for the trip I read 6 of Randy’s books on healing and the gifts of the Spirit as well as deliverance. I also read three of Bill Johnson’s books on the presence of God.

I’ve served as a pastor in the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada for around 40 years. During that time I have occasionally seen a miracle or healing, but they were few and far between. As I read these books, faith has risen in my heart. I have now in the last 6 months seeing more miracles than I have in the previous 40 years. And this trip only served to reinforce the belief that we are living far below what we could experience from the hand of God.

While I was in Brazil with your team I prayed for a number of people. Of all the dozens of people I pray for, I only saw a couple that didn’t receive a healing. But even the people that didn’t receive a healing were still touched or blasted by the presence of God.

My heart cries, Lord bring this to Canada. We need a move of God that includes signs and wonders.

Thank you for your ministry. It’s made a difference in my life. I hope to travel with you again on another trip. I’m also praying that God will open the doors as I am reaching the final few months of my pastoral ministry that I can take the message of healing into churches in our part of this great nation.
