Maria’s Healing: Back Restored and Joy Unleashed!

During worship on Wednesday on the Brazil trip, a woman approached me with open arms. I thought that maybe I had met her on the December 2025 Trip to Volta Redonda, so I opened my arms and we hugged, for a long time. When we released our hug, she was smiling from ear to ear. I motioned for a translator and this woman told us that as we were hugging her back was healed! Wow Jesus! Another team member, Wendy Ware, came over and released joy over Maria. Maria was taken back by “feeling joy, I’ve never felt joy like this before!” We celebrated and she assured me that we would see each other at church the next day.

We reconnected the next day and I learned her name is Maria Isabella. She was even more excited and shared that during the night the excessive swelling in both her legs had gone down and she was able to walk without restriction! Jesus had healed her as she slept! We celebrated Jesus love and kindnesses! She was so touched that He came to her, saw her needs, released her from the pain and difficulty walking and healed her back! His goodness is exceedingly, abundantly above all we ask or imagine!
