Miracle Healing: Morillo Walks Free from Cerebral Palsy

The parents of a four-year-old boy named Morillo approached me and requested prayer. He had never walked due to cerebral palsy and a traumatic brain injury. His feet were fully curled under, his back was tight and misaligned, and any attempted movement caused extreme pain. The parents reported years of medical intervention with no improvement, including unsuccessful attempts at physical therapy because the pain was too severe for him to even try.

Prayer began with hands laid on the child. Initially, no change was visible and he continued crying from pain. Prayer continued with a commanding declaration based on the words of Jesus at the pool of Bethesda: “Pick up your mat and walk.” This was spoken over him directly, and I asked his parents to help him stand in agreement with the command.

As they did, a visible physical transformation took place. For the first time in his life, his feet uncurled from a contracted position and straightened flat toward the ground. His back released, allowing him to bear weight upright. The crying stopped, and his entire expression shifted to joy and laughter.

With his mother at his side for balance, Morillo walked approximately 15 feet. After a short rest and continued prayer, he walked a second time, again without pain and with visible joy. The drastic change from agonizing pain to joyful movement was immediate and evident.

His mother and father wept openly, and his father fell to his knees in tears and worship. The parents expressed that they came forward with “crumbling hope” and were leaving with hope restored, calling it a miracle they never believed they would witness.

All glory to Jesus, who fulfilled His promise: the lame walked, and a family encountered the healing power and hope of God.
