Miraculous Healing: Pain-Free Walking and Restored Vision

On Sunday June 3rd, 2026, at CIA church in Maringa, Brazil, I had the opportunity to pray with a gentleman who had a metal plate in his hip. It was screwed into his left ilium, extended down the lateral edge of his femur to approximately 4 fingers above the knee. He was in pain. Walking was difficult, and he could not climb stairs or run. He also was blind in his right eye.

We (my interpreter and I) spent a long time praying for him, alternating between his eye, then testing it, and his leg and testing it. He was a tall man and there was no one to catch so I invited him to sit down. He emphatically shook his head “No.” I explained that standing was painful and seemed distracting for him, that His Father loved him and could touch him just as much seated as standing. He looked amazed that he could sit and be prayed for. We made him comfortable and prayed again. He didn’t seem to feel anything or experience any perceptible changes upon re-testing.

I felt Father God say to me. “You are fixated on the metal. My son is in pain and can’t walk properly.” I already had compassion for this man, but in that moment, I felt my heart move to a different kind of compassion for him. I re-oriented my focus and invited Holy Spirit to come. We invited Holy Spirit to come and simply sat in silence, with hands lightly resting on his hip and femur.

He reported that he didn’t perceive anything happening in his body. However, my hands were getting hotter and hotter. Eventually it felt appropriate to invite him to test it out. He stood up moving his leg, lifting his knee. He said the best way to test it would be to run, and he started jogging, along the row and up the aisle. He told us the pain was 100% gone.
