Three weeks before my husband Lex and I were to leave for Honduras, I found out I was pregnant. I was somewhat uncertain about the trip, but God assured me that He would take care of me and my baby. God was so faithful and many team members became wonderful friends. In spite of some pregnancy symptoms, I was able to contribute by face and hand painting for the children. I had the privilege of praying a blessing and telling each child that Jesus loves them. I believe God will watch over each child I prayed for.
