One day I got to minister as a prayer support with Bill our evangelism coordinator. While I was praying he brought over a man who had a stiff and painful leg. The man had been shot in the leg and the bullet shattered his thigh bone, requiring him to have a rod and 2 screws in it. Bill did all the praying in Spanish and we prayed for about a half hour. The man first said the pain left and as we continued praying he said he thought the metal in his leg was starting to shrink, becoming harder to feel. Bill then found a Baptist pastor to minister to him too. The end result was no pain, able to walk with less stiffness, convinced of his salvation in Jesus and less metal and more soft tissue in his leg. While I was initially praying, I had heard the Lord say, “Just ask Me, I’ll do it!”
