The lady who was unable to bend her thumb at the first knuckle came for prayer. We prayed for release of the thumb and when she tried to move it, it ‘clicked’ into about a half-way movement and then locked there, but with some pain. The lady moved it back to straight with her other hand. We prayed again, and she was able to move the thumb – again only to about the half-way position, but now she could move it back and forward. We prayed again and she was able to move it to about the three- quarters bent position and back without pain, although there did seem to be a slight clicking or catching
as she did so.
