Registration

What discounts are available for married couples, children under a certain age, students, or large groups?
  • All children under 12 years old attend the event for free.
    • Except when the Global Awakening Kids (G.A.K) program is running
  • If you are under the age of 30, we offer a 50 % discount at certain events.
  • We do not offer military discounts.
  • If you are a married couple attending the event, please select the married couple option. You receive $10 off per person.
  • For groups of 10 or more in a single transaction, you will receive $10 off per person.
Do you provide childcare?

We do not provide childcare, however, children are permitted into the event. We ask that your children remain with you at all times for safety reasons. Some of our events do have children’s ministry. Please look at our event pages to see if Global Awakening Kids (GAK) is available at the event you would like to attend. GAK, when available, is for children 6-12 years old and requires a separate registration.

You have a married couples option listed on the registration page, do I register myself only, or must I register my spouse as well?

In order to take advantage of the discount, you must register both you and your spouse at the same time.

I am not a US citizen, and I require a travel visa to enter the US to Attend an Event. Do you provide visa invitation letters?

We are able to provide you an invitation letter after you have registered for the event. Global Awakening understands that there are costs involved with traveling and are more than happy to try and assist you with being able to attend the event. Please note, Global Awakening is unable to offer a refund due to visa denial. To request a visa Invitation letter please email This email address is being protected from spambots.   1. Your First & Last Name
  2. Your Home Address (Including Country)
  3. Passport Number
  4. Date of Birth

  6. PDF of Conference Registration

Once we have received all of this information, please allow us 5 - 7 business days for the Events Department to issue you an invitation letter via email. 

I registered for an event, but I can no longer attend. What can I do?

All registration is final. If you cannot attend, notify us before the event begins and we would be more than happy to transfer your registration to someone else, a different conference, or take the funds as a donation. What is your refund policy?

All registration is final. Refunds are only processed for those with a medical emergency. All refunds are issued a $25 cancellation fee. If you are in need of a refund please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Can I pay by check?

Yes, we do accept checks as payment for the event. Please note that until we receive your check in the mail, you are not guaranteed a spot at the conference. Our conferences tend to sell out in advance so please mail your check ahead of time. If you are writing a check please do the following:

  1. Make check out to Global Awakening 
  2. Give us your first & last name, phone number, mailing address, & email address 
  3. List which conference you would like to attend 
  4. Mail above items to:

Does my registration include meals?

Our registration does not include any meals unless you register for a paid meal such as Partner or Q&A Luncheon. We do include meal break times during our event for you to purchase food from outside vendors.

I am unable to afford the event registration but would like to attend. Do you offer a scholarship?

We offer a limited amount of scholarships per event, based on funds available to us. Please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. I would like to volunteer for an event. Who should I contact?

We love volunteers! They help our events happen at the scale that they do. If you are interested in volunteering at an event, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will see if there are any volunteer spots available to serve. What’s more, if you volunteer for 3 sessions over the event we will give you free registration!

I cannot attend the entire event. Do you offer day rates?

The cost for day rates is dependent on the conference and if the event is sold out or not. Day rates must be purchased onsite and are only available if the event is not sold out. Due to my schedule, I can only attend in the evenings. Is there a charge for evenings?
The cost for night sessions is dependent on the conference and if the event is sold out or not. All of our healing services are free and open to the public dependent on availability. All night sessions must be purchased onsite.
The event is sold out. Do I have any options?

We are sad that you are unable to join us, however we have a few options available:

  • Join us via Global On Demand for online streaming. Every event, every session is streamed live and available on demand. Registration is just $9.99 a month or $99.99 per year. Learn more at globalondemand.tv
  • All night sessions are free and available via live.globalawakening.com. We have ministry teams at every night service standing by to pray for you via the live prayer request.
  • Look at our events listing and see if you can make it to a different event this year!

Translation

Are interpreters available at all events?

From time to time, we are able to offer translation to our attendees. Which languages will be translated is dependent upon volunteer interpreters’ ability and need. Will I need to provide my own translation device?

We have a limited number of handheld translation devices, so it is on a first come first serve basis. If you have your own equipment you would like to use, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will see if we can assist you.

What should I do if I am able to provide my own interpreter?

Do you have ASL available at the event?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide ASL translation at our events. However, if you are in need of reserved seating for the hearing of the impaired, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Travel & Accommodations

Does Global Awakening assist me with booking a hotel reservation?
Whenever possible, our team will try to find the best discount available at a hotel for our attendees. Please go to the page of the event you would like to attend and look at the hotels offered. Any hotel offered with a code or link is a hotel set up with a discounted rate.
Does Global Awakening assist me with booking my airline ticket?
Global Awakening does not provide assistance with booking airline tickets. If you are unsure as to which airport to fly into please look at our event page for the venue of the conference and determine which airport works best for you based on the address provided.
Does Global Awakening provide transportation?
At this time, Global Awakening is unable to provide transportation at our events. If you are in need of transportation we recommend you get a rental vehicle so you can comfortably get around places. Some hotels may provide a complimentary shuttle. Please contact the hotel you are staying at to see if this service is provided.
