Thomas, a gentleman in a wheelchair, was already standing when we prayed for him. He said he had been in the wheelchair for a year.
He was diabetic and currently on dialysis, had a heart condition, circulation issues with legs and feet, etc. We (Nancy and I) prayed for each of his conditions. Others had prayed for him as well.
(In an update from the vicar at Christ Church, we have learned that Thomas went to church on March 9 for the first time in a year – without the wheelchair or walking a stick! He suffers from diabetes and was facing the possibility of having his foot amputated. He testified on Sunday to the healing in his feet, the pain was much reduced and he is now walking.) Yay God!
